| 2) Very nice 71 Corvette convertible. Runs, drives, stops, shifts great. Paint and interior look great. One small blemish on drivers door. The only thing I know that does not work is the tach because I pulled the points distributor and replaces it with a HEI. Tach needs to be converted from cable driven to electrical. All vacuum works for headlight doors and wiper door. All LED lights work in center console. All lights inside and out work. Even the clock works. 350 4 speed numbers matching original car. I have the points distributor, coil and all the chrome covers if you want to put car back to original. Sold for $25,000 on April 27, 2017. 1) A true matching numbers car, not just the engine match as many others. Very complete and original car. Never been molested, or off the frame. Frame is excellent. The shop could find no evidence of body damage when it was stripped and painted during frame up restoration in a few years back. You will love the car and so will everyone who sees it. Nice Brands Hatch Greenbase Coat/Clear Coat. DRK Saddle Interior protect Plate paint 983 trim 417. Engine has less than 10,000 mi on professional rebuild C11s115677 matches Vin # and casting. Carb correct 7041213 rebuilt even TCS system. Alternator rebuilt 1100950 date correct IC30 (March 1971). Intake 3973469. Exhaust manifolds (no pump or air holes on 270 hp base engine) 3846559 - 3989036 Correct belts, hoses and clamps. T - 3 Correct Headlights. Distributor 1112050. Water pump rebuilt original cast #. Newer radiator, Rear bumpers originals / front original, Original Grill, Original wheels and center caps, Clock and gauges all work / original center bezel not aftermarket, Original Working Radio, Good Correct exhaust and clamps, Brakes and other suspension in nice shape, much was replace over the years. Newer Top but frame could use adjusting to the car, never took it out in the rain, so we never took the time. Newer weather stripping. Newer actuators and vacuum components - Headlight doors and wiper door work very well and quick. New battery. New Clutch. We are unable to verify the mileage, however, while the odometer has always worked, it shows 48K mi. The car looks better than a 48K mi car. Who knows?
